Is there a cost for the personal consultation?
The appointment includes a personalized consultation. A consultation with Isabel is USD 100, while a consultation with a member of our team is USD 60. Should you confirm your headpiece with us, this amount will be deducted from its final price. Esta inversión, luego se descuenta del precio final del tocado, en el caso de confirmar tu tocado con nosotras.
If I haven't chosen my dress yet, can I still try on headpieces?
Of course! This is especially true if you are a bride who wishes to give greater importance to the headpiece. However, we do recommend having a general idea of your dress before your visit.
How far in advance should I reserve my headpiece?
Depending on the type of piece you are interested in, we recommend checking availability or reserving your place in advance.
For our Prêt-à-Porter headpieces, we can prepare your chosen piece up to seven days before your wedding date.
For custom-made headpieces, we recommend securing your appointment as soon as possible, as we only take on one Haute-Couture piece per month, subject to availability.
En el caso de tocados Prêt-à-Porter, podemos aprontarte la opción que elijas, hasta siete días previos a la fecha de tu casamiento.
En el caso de los tocados artísticos, recomendamos consultar y reservar lugar lo antes posible (ya que, tomamos uno solo al mes).
If I select a Prêt-à-Porter headpiece during my appointment, can I take it with me that same day?
If you choose one of our Prêt-à-Porter headpieces, we require seven business days to add the appropriate fastening elements. Should you need an express delivery service, please contact us via WhatsApp. Depending on the time of year, our team may be able to prepare and deliver it sooner.
Do you offer international shipping?
Absolutely. We have been shipping internationally for over ten years and deliver to destinations worldwide.
We generally work with DHL. Estimated delivery time from dispatch to arrival is between 5 and 10 business days.
Please note that these timelines may be affected by customs delays, which is why we recommend arranging shipment with more than 10 days’ notice.
If I am outside the city or in another country, how does the consultation process work?
If you are not in Montevideo, we can arrange your consultation virtually. To schedule an appointment, please contact us via WhatsApp
Do you offer headpiece placement services?
Your headpiece will be placed by your chosen hairstylist. Before delivering the headpiece, we will conduct a trial session with them to ensure every detail of the hairstyle and headpiece placement is perfectly defined.
Do you provide hairstyling services?
While we do not offer hairstyling services, we can recommend experienced professionals who are familiar with our fastening systems and with whom we have successfully collaborated.
